Dr. McKinley's practice is truly life changing. I went in to talk to her about some possible exilis treatments (a non invasive treatment fat reduction and skin tightening treatment) and left with a new lease on life. I have worked out religiously, ate pretty well and drank about at least a half gallon of water a day for years and years and have had 30 pounds I needed to lose that have never budged. I injured my shoulder during boot camp class and the pain made it difficult to drive. Dr. McKinley identified two tears, and suggested a treatment that prevented me from having shoulder surgery. As a tennis player it was important to me to try and avoid surgery and the potential long term implications like arthritis in the joint. Two months after my PRP and Stem cell treatment I'm pain free with full range of motion. Now I'll be back on the courts for the spring season!

I went to Star Advanced Medicine around Thanksgiving for a recurring sports injury I received in college-- My back has suffered numerous muscle spasms and tightness to where it was too painful to even turn my neck. Dr. McKinley's expertise with her equipment hit exactly where I was experiencing my pain, and now my back feels better than ever.
