Scott was awesome, he was very transparent with what to expect and I felt he had our best interest in mind. We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. He showed us exactly where the problems were, he gave us recommendations on what to replace in the future if we need work done. He was careful not to make a mess and was very courteous, I’m very happy we went with Roto-Rooter and not another company. Would highly recommend!
Joe Bak is a complete pro! Joe came in to help with a clog. He identified a larger issue with a broken pipe and walked me thru all the different repair and pricing options. Joe and his assistant were polite, professional and very organized. He helped me schedule a follow up appointment to fix the broken pipe and explained in detail the step by step procedures that would be done. This was great service by a great pro and my wife and I will definitely recommend your company to our friends and family!
