“Had a wonderful experience. After going to another vet first, they tried to tell me surgery was the only option for my dogs ear/hematoma. I contacted Hamilton animal hospital and they gave me alternative options, which were less invasive and way more affordable. Dr. Erica was incredible. She cleaned her ears, drained the hematoma and gave her a steroid to help the healing process. The nurse, Rodney who helped keep my puppers at ease and calm through the entire procedure, was amazing! The entire office is so wonderful with animals, which sounds like a given but not all places are. They were quick and thorough, patient and kind. And my dog is now on her way to having relief from the pain. I highly recommend this business.“

“Dr. G and his team are amazing! I have a reptile, a leopard gecko named Tootsie, and Dr. G is the second vet I have visited to help with an eating issue.Just for a comparison, the first vet I went to felt extremely rushed (he saw multiple animals at once) and was very intimidating (not very sympathetic to my pet's issue). The solution my previous vet gave me ended up hurting my baby more so I was very nervous to seek out another vet.Dr. G and his team are the complete opposite. They see each animal one at a time, are informative, and truly care about each pet! From my past experience, I was scared to give Tootsie antibiotic injections (she is a special case) and they let me bring her in every three days for them to give her the medicine instead of me. My girl is still a WIP but the entire team is very dedicated to getting her better and I am so happy I chose to go here! I wish i did from the beginning.“

She was unbelievably patient and understanding before AND after our dog bit her. We were mortified but Dr Wade remained calm and vigilant. She taught us so much in such a short period of time. “Dr. Bhatia and his team took excellent care of my pitbull who he removed a tumor from her mouth. He even cleaned her teeth and cut her nails while she was under anesthesia! He goes above and beyond for his patients and you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. The prices are the most reasonable I have seen in the area. “I called on a Saturday and received friendly, professional and same day service for our Stella. Although very sweet and submissive, Stella has gotten very anxious at the vets in her older age and is accustomed to needing a comfort pack and for any procedures, a muzzle because she thrashed around ?. The staff there made fast friends with her, were patient and examined her on the floor at her eye level. It made all the difference and she actually left happy. Thank you for the wonderful service. The vet looked at my cat without an appointment and didn’t over sale vaccinations etc. My cat hates going to the vet but they worked with her and didn’t act scared like the other veterinary in the area. “My daughter and husband went over with her bunny and he wasn’t doing good. We didn’t have an appointment. I told them to take the bunny over because they were still open. They gave him oxygen and made her an appointment for tomorrow because the vet that knows bunnies would be in tomorrow. Unfortunately her bunny got worse and we knew he wasn’t going to make it through the night. They took him back to have him put down but he passed on the way back there. I was on the phone with her and the vet confirmed it. I just want to say thank you for the workers there tonight. They were wonderful with my daughter. I couldn’t be there with her but I heard the compassion they had toward her while I was on the phone with her. Thank you for everything that you did tonight for her and her bunny.“
