Very friendly and came on Sunday to fix our AC. He was very knowledgeable about the AC unit and ensured he tested a few scenarios to make sure the issue was resolved. At the same he also recommended and performed a coil cleaning to enhance efficiency and save on electric bill.

We replaced a 15-year old whole-house AC with a new unit. Mike Willochell of Heating and Air Experts did a thorough job in explaining our options and the relative features of a new unit. Work was done promptly and for a reasonable price. The job was cleaned up and closed out in a professional manner. Mike is a good communicator and project coordinator. We’re very satisfied with the new AC. We plan to use the company again in the future as HVAC needs arise.

Mike is amazing, came out same day, I was shocked, no fuss no muss, i'll be there in a few hours and he was. Got to business found my problem, fixed it and it's nice and toasty again. I absolutely trusted his assessment of my issue and he made no fuss in getting it fixed. He's very friendly and professional didn't even complain my when my dog wouldn't give him any space, he treated her with kindness. Highly recommend.
