“I have not been to a dentist in 20+ years.... decided to go see Dr.Hansen and I am glad I did. It was a great experience as he and his team made me very comfortable to be back in the dentist chair. Being able to get everything done the same day was great, a root canal and 2 crowns in a few hours. Usually you need to visit a dentist a few times and take time off of work to get all that complete but Dr. Hansen did it all in one day! I am looking forward to get rest of the work done. Thank you Dr. Hansen and your entire staff for being great! I would definitely recommend going to see them if you are looking for a great dentist!!“

“these five stars are honestly a lot coming from me. i have had horrible luck with dentist offices over the past few years and really struggled finding one that i liked. i have had four tooth canals almost back to back over the course of a year, which even led to needing one of those teeth pulled. even after expressing to my previous dentist about fixing cavities i knew were present, he never made a treatment plan or mentioned getting them fixed, which kept leading to more root canals. this office got me in VERY fast and they were able to fix 9 cavities over the course of a week. i cannot express how happy i am to have finally found a dentist office that cares about the integrity of my teeth rather than dollar signs. i finally felt as if my concerns were finally being heard. the entire team at the dentistry has been nothing short of professional, kind, and personable. i can’t wait to show off my new smile!“

I have *never* had pleasant experiences at dentists and have far too much childhood trauma. Dentist is synonymous with pain, stress, anxiety, and terror for me. Dr. Narcissi is the first person I've ever met that has genuinely turned that around and made me RELAX DURING A DRILL.

I still don't believe it, it's unheard of. If you're looking for a dentist for literally any reasons, I'm confident you'll find this to be the best one you've ever visited.“

“Pros and cons… Pros: I was allowed to go back with my 7 yr old and speak about his mouth. Assistants and drs very nice, front office seems stuck up, kinda upsetting since it’s the first thing you walk into and see. Cons: sent us to ortho even tho not needed, waits are super long, tried scheduling an appt with my other son they couldn’t verify the insurance online and refused to call the insurance phone number to verify, said I need to um excuse me, that’s not my job… I informed her I can send her a picture of the cards I’ll take the bill and just submit to my insurance idc, that’s why you have a billing department, if I call the back of the card and verify it’s still not going to give them the information they needed. Just simply lazy.“

“I have never been able to find a dentist that I was comfortable going to, especially having TMD. Dr. Berardinelli employs a vast array of techniques and methods to get the job done. During my first ever crown procedure, him and his assistant Donna kept my mind busy by having a normal and fun conversation. You can tell that they are in their element with a patient in the chair. They got me in quickly and even took photos of my cracked tooth when I came there for my mom’s appointment. Best dentist around.“

Dr Parry went to the lab to pick up my crowns the morning of my appointment due to a power outage at the lab. He made sure the appointment stayed on schedule by going way above and beyond for me.
