I bought a house with a pool this year. I really had no experience with maintenance. Heard about Rick and Artistic pools from a neighbor. He and his staff were amazing. He took the time in late April when we opened our pool to explain to me what I need to do each day, week and month. He made the maintenance easy. We had a leak in our pump mid-summer. They fixed everything. And then they closed our pool last week (end of September). The staff were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very impressed.

On more than one occasion, Artistic has come to my assistance in a timely and affordable manner. The staff are amazing, and the service is top notch. Having my concrete replaced around my pool, it was found that the skimmer was leaking.. Artistic worked it out so that they were able to make it out the next day to replace the skimmer. I can’t thank them enough for the superb service.

We had our inground liner replaced in April 2023. Rick was great with the ordering of the liner with us selecting the pattern and scheduling of the install that met our needs. Chris and his crew were very personable and professional during the installation. Then the in store staff when we had our water tested and were very friendly and helpful fulfilling our chemical needs and guiding us in the process of adding the chemicals to the pool.Artistic Pools is a great place that not only has what you need, but cares about you and your needs and does not oversell their product.
