We had our inground liner replaced in April 2023. Rick was great with the ordering of the liner with us selecting the pattern and scheduling of the install that met our needs. Chris and his crew were very personable and professional during the installation. Then the in store staff when we had our water tested and were very friendly and helpful fulfilling our chemical needs and guiding us in the process of adding the chemicals to the pool.Artistic Pools is a great place that not only has what you need, but cares about you and your needs and does not oversell their product.

Ricky and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always have what I need and are always willing to help. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need, like some of the other pool stores. This is the only pool store I will shop at from now on.

Ricky and his crew took our old in ground pool and converted it into a backyard summer excursion location for our family. They completely redid the pool — creating a sundeck, a spa, a sitting area and an amply swim area. The kids and grandkids love it, which means we love it!
