First let me say that I have been a patient of Schein Ernst Mishra Eye for over 10 years. I absolutely love Dr. Miller. Today I had a problem with the optical center that has left me contemplating switching eye doctors all together.I called in two days ago because I broke my eye glasses and needed to get them replaced. The person I spoke to assured me that everything was covered by my insurance. Today when I walked in, I was greeted by Darren Fallon, who immediately tried to upsell me on things I didn’t want. We bought the frame from this place just a little over 1 year, it broke from the hinge in 13 months. They won't cover the repair or replace. If you're spending money at this place, please don't expect good quality of frames. We spend almost 250 for the frame that could not even last 13 months.
