I recently brought a pair of shoes in for repair and had an excellent experience. Eural was professional, kind, personable and took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and what I could expect. It was clear from our conversation that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work.

In addition to shoe repairs, he also offers repairs for handbags and luggage, which is a wonderful service to have in the community. This is the most amazingly owned shoe repair shop. Eurel, the owner, is a sweet, honest, and caring man. His craftsmanship deserves the highest recognition because he is diligent and detailed with his work. When I asked to have my shoes tailored, even with a deadline, Eurel made sure to not only get it done before the deadline, but also work overtime and go out of his way to find the perfect details outsourced. This man is an absolute saint. Aside from being just the kindest human being; the work he does is amazing. He dyed my husband's boots (exactly what we wanted just based off a brief description) for our wedding and he was so accommodating, even with the short time frame we had to work with. I would STRONGLY recommend him to anybody!
