This Studio has quickly become my favorite. It's a really nice community of Yogi's, and it feels like family when I go there. The Yoga can get pretty intense, and you will leave soaked in sweat.

Everything you could ask for in a yoga studio. Inviting space with amazing instructors and yoga community. Guaranteed to sweat, flow, and be challenged to be a better you. Alway leave feeling relaxed and accomplished.

Amazing workout! You’ll leave drenched in sweat if you’re anything like me. I love my classes with Maxine, Karen, Emily and Nicole. Really, everyone is great and makes you feel welcome to practice the type of yoga that works for you! You will not leave wondering if you worked hard enough. Honestly great for all levels - it seems like most start as a novice and progress gradually. They tailor the class to meet everyone in the class somehow. Studio in Mechanicsburg is my favorite and the music is the best part of the workout! Clean and a great set up for the class. Try the first month new student special - unlimited classes for only 40 dollars. You will not regret it!
