Scammed me out of my security deposit for a dirty oven that was left in the same condition as when I moved in. Management also nickels and dimes you for every single thing. Would stay far away from this company. Rent somewhere else for a better peace of mind.

My experience with this management is that not only are you subject to harassment at the hands of Management and tenants but your property is not protected. I've been locked out of areas designated for my use, per my lease, due to slander and unfounded accusations. When i made management aware of the ongoing issues. I was faced with the same false, unfounded, slander that has been forced upon me. If you do decide to rent from them my advice is beware.

I live in Orchard Glen in Upper Allen twp. Statewide has been the HOA mgmnt company for a little over a year. My evaluation... Unprofessional! I sent 6 emails in a 4 week time frame to get weeds pulled and finally got a response. Then when the weeds were pulled, they missed a good bit of them. I currently have several questions sent to them between 2 and 7 days ago with no response. We pay for their service, but I'm not sure we are getting what we pay for. Communication, whatever form (email, phone call,text msg) should be responded to within 24 hours. They do not follow that business standard I would give them 0 stars, but that is not an option
