Had another cleaning by my Hygienist Megan. Felt so great and clean I didn't want to eat! She really is friendly, nice, and thorough. A+!
Very accommodating; was able to get my young child in for a 2nd opinion rather quickly. Made him feel extremely comfortable and gained our trust for treatment plan. Explained everything to him so he could understand. He wasn't afraid and had no fear in a relaxing environment. So glad we obtained her opinion before proceeding with prior treatment plan. I used to hate going to the dentist when I was younger. so I hadn't been to a dentist in years. I found Dr. Shannon on Facebook with the best of the best awards so I decided I would give them a try. And BOY oh BOY AM I GLAD I DID. so far I've had Annie as my dental hygienist and she explains everything she is going to do and asks if I have questions. and if the area isn't totally numb she will add more numbing stuff. I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM.
