Contracted with Ritchie’s Tree Services to have a large tree cut down in front of our house. Tree removal went fine with no complaints. However, we paid an additional $200 to have the remaining stump removed. When the job was finished we were left with a huge mound of sawdust/dirt that was an eyesore approximately 5’ wide x 4’ high. It rained which made removing the unsightly mound extremely heavy work. When my husband contacted Richie’s he was told that to remove the mound would cost us another $200. Being two retirees with limited mobility we now have the additional expense to pay someone else to cleanup. I don’t think it was unreasonable to be told up front...read full review

I called Ritchie's Tree Service for an estimate on the removal of a storm damaged tree in our backyard. I called on Monday, they gave me an estimate on Wednesday and came Thursday morning to do the work! They were done in less than an hour and everything was cleaned up fine. I would highly recommend them for their great customer service!!
