My daughter has been learning from Miss Rachita for the past 9 years.
Two years ago we had to move out of state, but due to the pandemic, we were able to continue learning with Miss Rachita. Enrolling her in Rachita’s school was a great decision.
Besides Learning a wonderfully unique skill, and build confidence in general, this dance form also helps develop muscle mass, tone the body as well as helpwith emotional and mental health. It helps hand - eye coordination which translates into other areas of my kid’s life.
If any of you have ever watched your child undergo a full hour class with Ms Rachita, I bet you would agree that this is more than an hour of intense HIT training! With yoga!
I really hope my daughter continues to dance even after graduation!
My daughter has been learning at Rasika school of Dance for past 5 years and I can only see her passion for this dance form grow day by day. Rachita Nambiar, her teacher, and director of the school is a dedicated, passionate and talented teacher who imparts this education at high levels of excellence. Being a Bharatanatyam dancer myself, I recognize this well. She is a wonderful teacher, who constantly reorganizes classes to keep her students at the correct level of their competency, essential to keep students energized, challenged and motivated. Under Rachita’s direction, I have seen the school achieve many accolades every year, providing enriching opportunities for her students. I take this medium to applaud and thank her and also wish her and the school many years of progressive success.
We feel so fortunate that our daughter has the opportunity to learn this
Authentic Indian classical dance form from an experienced guru like Rachita.
Our daughter has been learning Bharatanatyam from Rachita for the past 5
years and she always looks forward to dance class every week. The
sustained passion for dance that we see in our daughter is enough testimony
to the quality of training that she has been receiving from her Guru. My family and I would like to express our utmost gratitude and appreciation to
Rachita and her family for enhancing our lives by teaching this Indian art
form here in Harrisburg. It has also been very encouraging for the students
to be given the opportunities to perform at events. We are incredibly
grateful to Rachita for facilitating that. Thank you so much Rachita!
