“I came into Drayer for a knee injury and was very anxious after having had some less than ideal recent interactions with doctors as I was dealing with a long-term mystery illness. Due to my illness, I had done PT at home and had made some headway, but frustratingly kept reinjuring my knee. I was expecting a lecture at my first appointment but got the furthest thing from it. Dustin was kind and compassionate and showed complete understanding of my situation. I felt at home immediately.<br><br>On top of that, Dustin is a complete expert and was able to determine that one of my hips was out of alignment, which likely contributed to all of my knee injuries. During my whole recovery he was always filled with positivity and genuine encouragement which kept me motivated and moving forward even when it was tough.<br><br>I looked forward to my appointments for the relaxed vibe and the friendly banter between Dave, Erica, and the other patients.<br><br>Dustin went above and beyond in multiple ways throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Dustin’s practice and will come back if I ever need physical therapy again.”

“As a senior citizen, I’ve had my share of issues over the years. Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy has, time and time again, resolved my issues and restored my health. This time I was having balance issues. As I aged, I noticed certain tasks requiring balance became more and more difficult. Physical therapy has helped tremendously and my balance has been improved so that I can do simple tasks like putting on my slacks and shoes without having to sit or hold on to something. The physical therapists who helped me improve (Ben assisted by Owen) were patient, knowledgeable in knowing exactly what exercises I needed, challenged me (which I loved) and giving me encouragement every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The front staff is always welcoming, upbeat and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for physical therapy!”
