Every time I’ve had a question the staff is extremely rude and treats me like I’m stupid. Literally had someone say “it’s not my fault you don’t know how to read your mortgage”Horrible horrible horrible customer service
I pay my mortgage every single month religiously and these morons keep sending me delinquency bills because they don't apply my checks in a timely manner and have all their accounting messed up to the point that they don't even know what is going on. I spend 2 hours a month on the phone with these idiots proving to them that I'm not late or delinquent to do it again the next month. It's not even worth the assistance to deal with these people.
This place us the worst ever. When my mom was behind payment they keep calling all the time now that I need help to make my payment I ask for Spanish the worst customer service and in English just the same. Worst place ever for Customer service
