They wanted almost three grand to keep my son's house from being foreclosed. He paid the money and they put the money in the wrong account. Their lawyer said that deal expired. It wouldn't have if they would have applied it to his actual account and not someone else's. They sent the money back, wouldn't apply it to his loan to save his house. Now they want almost $18,000. These people are awful and I think it's criminal what they do and get away with. They haven't answered a call or returned a call since this all began with the foreclosure. Now my son will lose his house.
What a nightmare! I've been waiting to close for 3 weeks now and I can not reach anyone to help me. These processing times are out of control. The seller and I have wasted soo much money because of this. Enormously stressful I would not recommend anyone to go through this. If this does not go through soon the seller will be going with someone else and I will lose this home.
Do not work with them. I set up autopay for my first payment two days before it was due. In order to enroll in autopay, it said I had to make the first payment manually, which I did. Then two days later, on the 1st, they took another payment anyway. When I called, they were very rude and basically told me I was out of luck. That’s a lot of money to unexpectedly lose, especially after just buying a home. I ended up disputing the duplicate charge through my bank, and the money was returned to my account.
