Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA)

This agency was fine for the first couple years of our loan. I haven't missed a single payment with them in the 7 years that i have been using them. Just recently a payment was considered late because the USPS was late on getting my payment to them on time. Even though the USPS has it stamped that it was mailed out way before due date, this agency is still considering my payment late and are charging me a late fee. They even called me to tell me that it was considered late and being a good citizen I made a payment right away over the phone. They are constantly behind and as a result people are having closing dates pushed back by weeks which is costing us money, time, and frustration. My tax dollars continue to be wasted by organizations like this.

IN THE PAST HAD A COUPLE OF MORG PAYMENTS NOT APPLIED IN A TIMELY FASHION PUT ME IN BAD CREDIT STATUS!!!! 2/ 26 THEY CLAIMED SNOW DAYS DRLAYED PAYMENT BC ALSO THEIR SYSMTEM HAD A GLICH DEND ME NAST GRAMS THEN WHEN I WOULD STOP PAYMENT ON CK WHICK B CHARG 25 $ THEN STATED WE REC EVERY MO UNTIL JUNE NOW JUN 30TH CANCEL INS NEW NOW THEY WONT RETURN CALLS AFTER IRECEIV CANSALATION BC THEYRE NOT ANS OR RETURNIN CALL TO ME OR INSURANCE COMP
