I am an adult piano student and hobbyist composer of choral music. The staff at my local store in Harrisburg are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I bought a Yamaha keyboard and signed up for weekly piano lessons at Menchey two years ago in 2023, and my teacher Ian has been fantastic. He has encouraged my compositional work as well as helped me develop as a pianist. We've even performed a duet together at a store recital! (photo attached, him on horn, me on piano) My lessons at Menchey have consistently been a high point of my week and I look forward to a continuing solid educational experience.
My grandson’s violin broke a string & i called Jen about the issue. I took the violin to Jen at Union Deposit & she immediately fixed the violin with a new string & did a tune of the violin. Very outstanding customer service!
I came in here 2dy w/a old Violin that I had in the basement for once 15 yrs. Opening the case I found it in excellent condition. I came 2 Menchey for new string. Jen and Mason were wonderful. I got what I needed and thay told me some cool stuff about my violin. Thank you guys for your amazing service.
