When the LED light fixtures in my house started flickering (they apparently decided end of life came early), I called JS Mixon to help me replace my fixtures. Tom came out right away to discuss my needs and figure out what I wanted to do as far as lighting replacements. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to teach me what I did not know. Once I decided on the fixtures I wanted, he got me on the schedule. The day before they were scheduled to come out, a few of the outlets in my house stopped working. Unfortunately this company is not in the 21st century. On line banking, debit, and credit cards are universally accepted except at your business. Also it would of been so nice to get a Senior Discount; even Applebee's gives a 10% discount. Why not have a big heart. HARRIET MANTELMACHER
I had 2 issues: lost electricity in one room & needed a motion-detector light installed. Based on reviews & a recommendation, I called Mixon Electric. Sure glad I did. Tim arrived, he was very friendly & personable, which put me at ease. He went straight to work & handled my 2 issues very quickly. The charge for his work was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.
