Staff and doctors are okay, but you can't get through on the phone, weird hours and too long returning calls. I stay with them because they are close and I only have to go once a year.

The doctor was fantastic - however the secretaries weren't the best. Mostly they were browsing the internet and on their phone. It was a slow day but they could have been a lot more friendly. Otherwise, fantastic doctor - even had my special needs child laughing and confident through the exam.

Our whole family has been coming here for 3 years now, and we greatly enjoy having them as our eye care providers! My husband and I have 4 kids, and it has been as quick a process as it can be getting the kids in, fitted, and out the door. My glasses came in within 3 days--very quick service and prompt calling. They also called to remind me of appointments and didn't charge me when I accidentally missed a block of appointments. Very thorough in explaining how to select glasses and patient as we tried on at least 30 different pairs. They are a great eye care provider. Highly recommend!
