Had an issue with our pipes and they burst due to the cold. They sent Shane out and he was awesome. He knew what he was doing and we chatted about our heater. He emailed dispatch to have them sent a heat tech (Scott) out to give us a quote on an oil furnace and a gas furnace with conversion. Scott was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He told us we would have an estimate in less than 24 hours. I could believe we got a call feom Chris a few hours later. He helped us figure out what was best. Haller has taken care of my HVAC system since my house was built in 2010. I have always had a great experience and the technicians are great! I have had the same technician a bunch of times and if you want a real great guy, ask for Mr Saxon!

Mark was efficient and accommodating. Provided a quick summary of the issues and advice about the furnace intake that was appreciated. Service associate was pleasant and easy to communicate with.
