Took a loved one here for their intake appointment that was set up 2 weeks ago today. Was told the appointment was cancelled when we arrived because the person no longer worked there? They claimed they called to let them know the appointment was cancelled but the client is in work release and doesn't have access to their personal phone. They were aware of this when the appointment was made. They certainly didn't inform work release. Then, they stated we would need to call and reschedule- they wouldn't reschedule while we were there and stated no one else could complete the intake. If you truly need help and advice all's you half to do is listen and apply, perhaps some topics don't apply but most do. You will see how similar your thinking is within your perspective group. Staff is friendly and very informative.

Initially I wasn't thrilled to be sent here for counseling, but after I gave them a chance and became more open minded I found the sessions valuable. Kayla was incredibly insightful and helped me in particular with skills in conflict resolution and tempering my expectations of self and others tremendously. If you can swallow your pride, be honest with yourself, and open minded you will gain a lot from this establishment.
