Truly understanding one's needs by listening before making suggestions is a rare trait that is found through Patricia Roth of the Bitner Family. Through her dedication to the grieving family, Patricia helped us plan and execute a funeral/Celebration of Life that was meaningful and memorable. Afterwards she continued to support us way beyond her call of duty. Thank you to Duncannon's Ron Smith for allowing Patricia to assist when we most needed it! Never went wrong with Hetrick been dealing with them for many years an I wouldn't think about going to any other places Ive always been dealing with Nathan Bitner they are very understanding
