Dave was referred to us by a family friend. When we were ready for a new roof to be installed, we contacted him And he came out right away and gave me an estimate in just five minutes. He let us know on what day his workmen were going to show up. His workers were very courteous and professional, and did a great job installing our new roof. After the new roof was installed, they did not leave until every single piece of debris was picked up. The final total cost of the job was just what Dave told me it would be. We could not be happier with the new roof and their workmanship and will be contacting XL Home Improvemenrs for all our future exterior renovations

no words can describe how dealing with dave rutter was... the BEST in every way.. from initial phone call to tolly in the office, to the quickness of dave stopping by for estimate and to talk, (never felt rushed), to receiving the estimate, and to the finished job... what organization he has, and what great crews he has... i could not be more thrilled with the finished job.. needed more/better attic ventilation, so had full soffit replacement with fully vented (perforated) vinyl soffit.. wasnt as easy as it sounds, have hip roof ranch so the gutters and soffits run along all sides of my house.. first estimate, i was told oh you have to replace all the gutters because... read full review

I needed a new roof. Communication with Dave was perfect. Estimate was perfect. Start time was perfect. Timeline was perfect. Roof turned out perfect. Cleanup was perfect. Never had a roofing job go so smooth and look so great.
