Roy Lomas Carpets installed new carpeting throughout our second floor and stairs. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. Their price included: moving furniture, tearing out and disposing of the old carpet, and installing new padding and carpet. Lowes had the least expensive price of the four retail carpet places that we went to. Our sales person, Pattie, made shopping very easy. With the guesstimated amount of carpet needed she was able to give us a fairly accurate price. The price was less after they measured as we needed less carpet than anticipated.

After years in our house it was time to finally make a change. Ryan was so patient with me and my indecisive personality as I went through all the samples. Scheduling and installation went so smoothly too. They left the space looking great! I couldn’t be happier with our choice. Every time I walk up the steps it makes me smile. :)
Roy Lomas is the place to go! I’ve used them two more times since for my son’s apt and my sister. All happy customers.

The installation crew was just as impressive—professional, efficient, and detail-oriented, with great communication throughout the entire process.
We’ve now worked with them on two separate homes and have had nearly every floor redone, and each time the quality and service have been consistently outstanding. It’s rare to find a company you can trust this much, but they’ve absolutely earned it.
