Very busy with Walk-In patients.I called for an appointment before goinghere. I was given a 12:15pm appointment.I arrived at 11:45am.At 1:15pm, I was called to go back to beseen (for my 12:15pm appointment).Wow!!

I had a total knee reconstruction done dr.heintz I'm almost a week out of it now. He did a beautiful job. I barely had any pain past the first day. He was always very polite and made sure I understood everything. Plus he's cute ladies!

Tried walkin a joke so many people. Left, made apt got one 4days later. Said ho to down stairs, um ok thats walkin right, yes. Ok.Came in girl said have a seat I'll call you.11 min later, she says are you ladies waiting for anyone. I said, I have apt . 5 min later she brings out paper to sign. My apt is now 5 min past time. Im still sitting while walk in go through door.its now 7 min past.what a joke.
