I just started seeing William McDermott. And he is the best doctor I have ever dealt with! I did not feel rushed. I felt very relaxed and was able to freely discuss all issues and he was very informative with explaining my diagnosis ! He very quickly handled my issues with the pharmacy in less than 24 hrs. And took my pain seriously and didn’t brush it off. Very very pleased I have found a great doctor for all my future visits .
The doctors here work collectively and patiently to help me. I say this because I am NOT patient at all; and can be extremely difficult. I am working on my flaws- I really am, and am so sorry when I'm not behaving my best.
I wouldn't know where to begin on listing my thank yous to this specific building. Dr. McDermott saved my sanity last week and put my head back in order when I couldn't do it myself. I am forever grateful for this. He even said to message him back if I needed anything else. The comfort in knowing that, made all the difference in the world.
Maybe I'm being dramatic? My chrones and PTsD could say otherwise.

Having seen two different PCPs at this location over the last 3 years I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. For a start this place only seems to staff NPs and not actual doctors which apparently means all you're going to get with them is a short session where they don't do their due diligence on the simplest of things and then just want to write you a script and send you on your way.
Half the time don't even do simple things such as checking your breathing. They just want you in and out so they can cram as many people in as they can for the $$. That's why its also borderline impossible to get an appointment for months if you for any reason have to miss one...read full review
