Ulta is by far one of my favorite stores!!! I had my hair cut at the Ulta in Hanover, Pa on Eisenhower Dr. Kyla cut my hair and she was by far one of the nicest, most genuine person I have met in a long time!!! She was so kind and attentive to my needs. I told her what I wanted and she took her time and really was in tuned to the style I wanted. If I could give her 10 starts I would. Alyssa is a Gem of a young lady. She does my daughters hair and when my daughter goes in there it's a experience. This young lady has great cosmetology skills and great people skills. This hanover location in general is all around great. The GM is equally wonderful and a pleasure dealing with. She is very helpful and also creates a great experience at the store!
