I’m so mad I waited this late but I believe Savannah was her name who helped me pick out an eye brow pencil. She drew my brows on and I absolutely loved it. Everyone in the store was sweet and helpful. I look forward to getting my brows shaped and tinted this week
This is my local Ulta store but this is the best one in my opinion. Employees are always willing to help, they are always moving throughout the store looking to help patrons. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I am an older woman, 56 and I feel invisible in a lot of places. (It's a thing.l However the employees at the store never make me feel that way and always treat me with respect. Again they are knowledgeable about the products and always willing to go out of their way to walk you to see something and show you a product. Leilani that works there is a very sweet young girl and very knowledgeable about products. She has given me a lot of good recommendations for makeup.
Thank you to Brittany who helped me with foundation, concealer, powder, and self care. I have issues with skin picking and it can be embarrassing- she embraced me without judgement and helped me get the right stuff to not only get my skin back on track, but how to cover it properly. thanks girl!
