Jen nailed it! After growing my hair for three years, I wanted to go extremely short again. It's nerve racking every time you go from long to short because you never know if the stylist is comfortable doing that. I showed Jen a picture of me from three years ago, when I was happiest with my hair, and I left the salon with the exact look I wanted! So happy :)
