Love this place but don't love when my eta goes from 7 minutes to 31 after the 7 minutes are up and someone walks in NOT on the lineup and somehow gets cut before me

So I stopped in today and Ashley was my stylist. She did an amazing job!!! I feel like a new person. The whole experience was just amazing so thank you Ashley for everything and I will be back soon!

Worst experience ever, took my nine year-old son here to get a cut. We were the only ones waiting. We signed in on a computer and had a seat. About 10 minutes later another gentleman came in and signed in and had a seat very shortly after the stylist was done And proceeded to check the computer and called the gentleman who clearly came in 10 minutes after us. I asked her if we needed to make an appointment because we were here a good while before this gentleman and she said no there must’ve been some mistake with the computer. For some reason it has you way down on the list. I’m assuming because everyone knew I was there she would just cut my son’s hair, but she said she had to take the other guy because she had to follow the computer for some strange reason even though everyone knew I was there. I was equally disappointed at the guy who knew I was there first and didn’t offer my son to go ahead and get his haircut he willingly sat in the chair ahead of us, and she proceeded to let him jump in front of us. I was polite, even though I did not want to be, I felt the man that took my place with a coward, but so be it we left and went to great clips and had a wonderful experience if I could rate them lower than a one star I would I will never go back

First, let me say that Carley was a great stylist. Very friendly and made me feel welcome.
Now, let's get to the price. Everything is getting expensive, and I guess haircuts are no exception. 51 total for a haircut just doesn't sit well. It took a half hour. I guess if you just go for haircut 25, it seems fair. 12 is too much for a beard. I believe it used to be 5?
Then the tip. I would rather the screen not show a tip. She was very nice, so I felt obligated to give max tip suggested. I would rather not tip the barber at all. Just include it in the price and tell me. 14 is more than 20%. More than Id tip a waitress for who is serving 4 people.
Tip fatigue is real.

Excellent service. Great haircut. It’s sometimes difficult to find a place that does a good men’s haircut and they do. The app is a little janky sometimes but otherwise it’s a great place to go. Can be really busy depending on the day and time. Caitilyn the manager does a great haircut and a great job managing the store.
