John, John, John… called in 2 days out of a deep creek get away in desperate need of a haircut. Sweating on the phone worried sick I wasn’t going to get an appointment in a very short notice. But they came through. As I am walking up the street debating on what to do, I came in with a wild idea…the mullet. Inspired by the fiancé, we gave it a go. Told John “let’s trim the sides as if we’re going for the mullet, if it doesn’t look right, we will cut the rest off.” This genius Van Gogh barber gets to work. On 2/29/24 I had my first visit here. John cut my hair and beard. I had no idea what to do with my beard but John did his thing and it turned out great. I was at a large gathering the next day and received many compliments. John and the atmosphere of this place is awesome.
