Absolutely phenomenal service at the best prices. They recommend any extra maintenance but don't make you feel bad if you don't do what's recommended when it comes to what's done at a certain milage. Didn't even know they even had loaner cars if you need more than what you came in for til I needed one myself.
Added bonus, the people at the front desk are amazing, sweet and very helpful to people who know nothing about cars and what they need.
Needed some work done on my Lincoln. Called Ford and they told me 3 weeks out in July was the earliest. Booked with Meineke online with 2 day notice. Melissa was friendly and professional and the team got the job done at the right price :) We're new to the area and good to know there is a trusted brand near by. See you next time.
Meineke was efficient with my repairs and communicated with me throughout the whole process. When they determined what needed to be done they sent me a while report including photos and videos explaining the problems which I really appreciated. The staff was super friendly, this was a way better experience than I’ve had with other mechanics in the area and I will be recommending them to everyone.
