Walked outside to get in my car in my driveway,noticed that the left rear tire was almost flat,i went to Sheetz gas station and added air to the tire and than drove to Mavis,They took my car in the shop and showed me a nail that was lodged in the tread of the tire,They were so polite and so friendly,they took the nail out and plugged the tire for me at no cost.I didn't mind paying but they were so cool about doing this for me and I was so Greatful.The store manager was extremely nice and very generous and I would recommend this auto care company to anyone who lives in the Hanover area,they treat the customer with the utmost respect and they made sure the rest of my tires...read full review
My Lola passed away due to a damaged frame, so I bought Cheryl used. I wanted to have a mechanic and shop check her out so I took her to the folks I trust at Hanover PA Mavis. They took a look at her, did my oil and air filter change and changed the break fluid. Gave her a good bill but let me know rear brake pads were going to need changing in the near future. I feel confident that Cheryl is going to be great and safer knowing the Mavis team gave her two thumbs up. I’ll be coming back for those rear break pads soon! Thanks, folk!!
