Had my 2014 Rogue inspected in October. There was some noise concern that could not be diagnosed right away due to the weather. After putting it off, I made an appointment the end of last week, they worked around my schedule, I dropped it off Sunday night, Monday they diagnosed the problem, called my service warranty for me to make sure everything was covered & I got a rental. I was able to pick my Rogue up tonight after work all ready to go & drive! Thanks to everyone at Hanover Nissan for their quick, diligent & excellent work!
We brought our 2021 Rogue in for State inspection and LOF. Blaine was extremely nice and professional. He called to let us know we needed work done, contacted warranty dept, all work will be covered except for $100 deductible. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend this dealership.
Jeff and the rest of the team took care of my armada when a squirrel or something decided to chew on of my cluster of wires in the engine compartment. They got the parts in and got me all fixed up.
