Gentile Hand Clinic is without doubt the best PT/OT facility I have ever encountered. I have thus far worked with four of their therapists and all have been friendly, accommodating, and professional and able to put a patient at ease. I would particularly like to single out Joannie, who went above and beyond, really understanding patient needs and how to work with them - I wish everyone in medicine had half of her sympathetic touch; whatever they are paying her should be doubled. Well done Gentile Hand Clinic!
Exceptional experience so far. Everyone here is so kind and friendly; from the front of the house, to the assistants, to the actual therapists themselves. They made sure not to rush me or any patients, and took plenty of time to do the job right. Focus on patient care over productivity is obviously a tenet here, and I value that tremendously. Thank you all!
