I must say you can't get better service! We called on Monday had a tech out in 10 minutes. Solved the problem came out Wednesday and fixed us up. Can't get better than that! The best service ever!
First a foremost, one of the best experiences as a new customer I’ve ever had with any company. Kurt and his wife are the most generous and outstanding people I’ve ever met. On a Friday night to take the time and come to my house and not just examine but guide me through what could have been a serious and/or expensive problem is truly an experience I will hold onto and pay it forward one day. I highly recommend Czapp mechanical! They were super friendly from the moment I called (Donna was fantastic). They were coming to fix our inside a/c furnace unit because it was leaking. It took a couple separate trips to fully diagnose the problem because it was complicated, but Adam and Curt (I believe that was his name) were excellent and thorough! We are customers for life now! Thank you for the great work and customer service! This is rare in our world today!
