Rich is awesome! I have worked with him through my job for about 4 or 5 years now. He has had to bridge that IT gap between our independent company and our EMR's IT people. He is incredibly reliable and has awesome response time. I admire that he can work with the most novice computer person (me) to expert and a respective and teaching manner. I needed a new computer quickly as my Mac was on it's last legs. Rich helped me to find a good PC for business use and got me back up and running within a few days. He and his team took care of transferring my files and programs and also worked through a number of challenges with my organization's server settings. They were patient and polite and got the job done.
