I needed a new computer quickly as my Mac was on it's last legs. Rich helped me to find a good PC for business use and got me back up and running within a few days. He and his team took care of transferring my files and programs and also worked through a number of challenges with my organization's server settings. They were patient and polite and got the job done.

From his quick response at taken care concerns, yearly maintenance to purchasing equipment from his shop. Richard is very caring, honest, loyal and his work ethic is outstanding.
