I came here to get a second opinion. The doctor explained what glaucoma is . How it is diagnosed, and treatment options. I chose to go the more conservative route and the doctor was supportive of my decision. I left confident that I wax able to make an informed decision. I highly recommend!
Everyone in the office is great!! I forgot to get my prescription so I called the phone number on the paper I received with my next appointment (570/689-2525). No one answers this number, I don’t know why they have it on the paper…..I called the Scranton office and no one answered, of course, so I left my phone number to be called back, over 24 hours later and I am still waiting for a callback…… The new system is not working!!!!!
I have been to Northeast Eye at least three times. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes if at all. The Administrative Assistant was very helpful and courteous, Dr, Walsh was very professional and answered my questions directly. Highly recommended.
