After being with the same dentist for 30 years, I was nervous to switch—but Hamburg Family has been amazing! Dr. Stuart is incredible, and the whole team is so personable and welcoming. As someone who gets really nervous about dental work, I felt so comfortable I was even able to skip the novocaine. I’m so glad I made the change—highly recommend!

I have PTSD and anxiety from past dental experiences so trying a new place was very nerve racking for me but Dr Rhodes and Eimy are absolutely amazing. I have had 3 visits here so far and am starting to not get nervous to get dental work done. The front desk is so nice and accommodating. Everything gets explained very thoroughly and different options are given for treatment plans. Everyone is so nice and they are always happy and laughing. This place is exactly what I needed to get over my fear of the dentist and I cannot thank them enough.

First I need to say going to the dentist is a horrible experience for me everytime, except this time. I had a dental emergency and I called a dozen dentists and even though they say they treat dental emergencies, they would not see me. I called Hamburge family dental and even the initial phone call was so pleasant.

Of course by the time I call them I am frustrated and in extreme pain and they did not get rude with me or even blow me off. She spoke to the dentist and they said no guarantees but how soon can you get here.

When I walked in, the atmosphere was the same as on the phone welcoming and respectful. After and pray and a review of what was needed I was given a quote. I said thats fine. I would have paid anything to stop the pain.

Now, on the the procedure. The dentist and her assistant were awesome. They talked to me and each other and didnt make it social awkward being the center of attention. The doctor was not rough or rushed she took the time to do it right.

Afterwards they both went over after care and welcomed me to return. Which I definitely will. When I went to check out, I found out it was cheaper than expected and since they helped me out I confirmed that they were charging me right. Well, the dentist told me worst case scenario and I missed that part since I was in pain.

I cannot say enough good about the entire experience! What an amazing team all around! You all deserve 1000 stars!!!!!!!!!! Thank you very much for everything.

I had an incredible first visit at Hamburg Family Dental! Very kind and compassionate people...I would definitely recommend them to others!
