I can always count on everyone at GHAC in Greenville!! Their response time was within minutes to an emergency call on a holiday weekend. Someone was at my house right away!! Since the parts needed ordered, and I would be without heat for a few days, they even provided me with a couple of space heaters!! I have been a homeowner for over 30 years, and have used multiple heating and cooling companies over the years, and GHAC beats them all, from affordability to customer service! Thank you again!!!

Since nothing mechanical last forever, I knew we would eventually have an issue with the system GHAC installed for us in 2019, and that happened. Recently I placed a heat call because our home was not heating to the temp set on the thermostat. Although Justin K. had a full schedule that day, GHAC still found time to fit our issue into his schedule. Justin isolated the issue as being with the heat pump, and before he left, he made sure our system was operating under emergency heat until the unit could be repaired. Today, Shane Buck arrived to conduct the repair and found that one copper line had rubbed against another, creating a hole in the system... read full review

Excellent customer service from extremely knowledgeable personnel. Worked with Todd on our requirements and Justin and crew for installation. Every step of the process was done as expected. Very polite and conscientious workers. We are very appreciative!
