I had an amazing experience with DryTech Basement Waterproofing from start to finish. The crew was professional, honest, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond what I expected. They carefully moved heavy items out of the way before the work started and took the time to reinstall everything afterward, which made the entire process so much easier for me.
During the project, they discovered additional issues caused by mold that required extra work, but instead of trying to nickel-and-dime me, they handled it without charging me extra. That level of integrity and customer service is almost impossible to find these days.
I had my basement waterproofed last week. From the estimate to completion the work, all employees were absolutely wonderful. I was kept up to date on the work and progress throughout the 3 days they were at my house. The professionalism and knowledge was outstanding and if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
