“Guaranteed fun…cardio drumming! The 1-hour class at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Upper St Clair is a GREAT way to get energized or re-energized on a Friday afternoon. Eric and Dakota are excellent instructors who encourage you to have fun while getting fit. The music is a mix of oldies and new songs that I’m often singing along with while drumming on my yoga ball. It’s a super fun group of people who take full advantage of hydration breaks by chatting and laughing about anything and nothing. It’s just pure fun! The muscle group that gets the best workout for me are those required for laughing and smiling. You don’t have to know anything about drumming or percussion or how to read music…you just have to know you’ll leave the hour session with your body better off than when you started.
