I had the electric company come out and tell me my meter needed replaced and I have 30 days to do it. I’m so glad I called this company because they were extremely fast in getting back to me and came out to take care of my issue. Darren was extremely helpful and so was Dylan the electrician who came out. They also were very responsive and easy to deal with and had very fair pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had an issue resulting from recent construction work and had Pellman Electric highly recommended for the fix. I called to explain the issue and a technician was able to visit the next day. I am very disappointed. I asked for some help with lighting issues around my pool. They were so nice and willing when we first met, but then 3 visits later, promise after promise to fix my problem, and nothing. I tried calling Anthony (the electrician working with us) numerous times and no answer. I called their main number and left messages. No response. I finally sent a certified letter which got their attention. Anthony called back with apologies. "It's on me", he said. He promised to make it right with no further charges. He came and still the problem was not fixed. He was convinced the problem was a transformer. We'll at this point, not only was my problem not fixed, the light inside my pool quit working (it was fine before Anthony did any work). In the mean time, fall arrived and it was time to close the pool. I thought it best to wait until this spring for Anthony to come back as the winter cover was on and the light in the pool was not visible. He agreed, but requested we pay $1300, promising to complete the job come Spring.
Well, spring came and 3 texts over to Anthony were left unanswered. I sent another certified letter to Pellman's office and this has been ignored. Today, my father in law, a carpenter from upstate NY, was in visiting us, and in 15 minutes he figured out we had a bad breaker. A quick visit to Lowe's and a $50 breaker fixed the issue. My Father In law builds homes for a living, so he knows lots of things, but should not be able to embarrass a certified electrician on an electrical issue. I think I am due a refund (maybe they deserve 2 or $300) for showing up at all, but not fixing the issue and then running with my money is not fair. Fortunately, my business partner's son is a lawyer, so small claims court is in the future unless I am made satisfied. Now off to other review services to spread the word.

Pellman Electric may be the worse electrical firm we have ever dealt with. They charge excessive surcharge fees, do not get the issues resolved, run up fees and charges doing unnecessary work and they require payment on site without any time to test whether the work was properly performed. They then refuse to come back and repair or resolve the issues that they already charged for. Terrible business ethics. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. This firm is bad. There are plenty of firms that you can hire that will do much better work and more ethically.Service: Outdoor lighting installation

Called several other contractors about getting wires fished through my walls all of them had ideas how to get around it but not to solve the problem that I actually wanted solved pellmann and his group solved that problem they did itqit at a decent price and I was happy with their work
