“I have been working here quite a few years and the reviews from years ago were perhaps relevant then, was everyone under a rock or, did they miss the healthcare crisis Covid-19 brought to the field where it was nearly impossible to find people who were able AND willing to work. I heard the pandemic unemployment made your wallet a little fatter but now everyone sees, the media has us all petrified to go into people homes! Not really the workers, we are used to that but the workers being scared THEY we're going to give it to a person with weak/compromised immunity. To the woman's comment above me, do you know how many people who needed care was not even close to getting a caretaker, trust me you aren't the only one with loved ones who suffered without family and the caretakers their families hired through an agency. I'm trying to to be mean here lady but, here is where you were at the bottom of the pits like everyone else. Now imagine having anxious/nervous wonderful patients who never showed those emotions before, finally show them to you, their caretaker. THAT is an unbearable but, yes, different pain for us too at the same time! I hope everything is well with you and your loved ones, too. God Bless ??“
