The service is excellent. Deb, the receptionist, is friendly, and very helpful. The new audiologist, Sara, was also very friendly, and checked my hearing aids to make sure they were working correctly.
Atour and her receptionist Debbie have been a blessing in our life. We went in for a free hearing test and came out with hearing aids for my husband! They are a wonderful team. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hearing problem . 5 stars.
I brought my fil here for hearing check and adjustments to h.a. which he obtained through another office in central PA (same company). The ladies at this office are outstanding. They were professional, yet so personable and accommodating, as we were coming from an hour away. The hearing test and fix to h.a.were all at no cost bc they were under warranty! Both my fil and I were so very pleased- makes driving an hour no bother at all when you are met with smiles and wonderful service. Thousand, thousand thanks!
