Best service I’ve had to date with anything home-related.
Back story… I’ve had three different companies come out to look at my furnace and was charged each time. Each generally saying that they had no idea what was wrong. After spending about 1k on having them out and them replacing various parts to troubleshoot, I called Demilio.
Demilio returned my call within an hour on a Friday. I they even offered to come out immediately that night, then said they had availability over the weekend. I scheduled for the following Monday due to the break in the weather.

My Air Conditioning went out during one of the very hot weeks this summer. I called Demilio inc the night it stopped working - One of their technicians came out the following day - they called prior to arriving- diagnosed the cooling system- A new blower motor was needed - the tech explained the costs - ordered the part - installed the following day. Exceptional service- communication- and follow up. I would HIGHLY recommend Demilio Heating and Air Conditioning and have told several of our friends about the positive experience we had with this company. Bob Perkins New Stanton Pa

I highly recommend DeMilio's. I have them service my AC unit and Furnace for many years. Of course, two weeks ago, my AC unit stop functioning. This was during one of the hottest days of the year. Hayden (the Service person) came out that day and got me thru the week so my house was comfortable. The very next week, they installed a new AC unit. They are efficient, professional and reasonable. Many thanks to Hayden and the staff for taking care of me.
