What is your 100 % Satisfaction Garantee worth ? Ken, you're team installed our heat pump /oil burner March 2025. Heat pump didn't work on heatsetting, so thermostat was changed twice. Next fall it was changed twice again. Not the problem so you did some research. You told me it was wired wrong and you would change it. I recently started working as maintenance at a apartment complex in Greensburg and Demilio's were the vendor servicing this facility. We have a boiler system with PTAC unit providing heating and AC. There promptness, expertise without question is top notch. Dave, Matt, Rich and all the other guys. As a maintenance man I like to learn the different systems and they are willing to give share there knowledge. When or if I need them at my residence they will be my first call. Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and expedient. I highly recommend. Thanks guys.

I just had Chris and Rich from Demilio Heating and Cooling come service my Riello 40 oil furnace. They were polite, quick, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend the Demilio Team enough to work on HVAC equipment. Also, just a reminder, always get your HVAC system inspected every year..... TRUST ME... read full review
