We started with this company in April 2026. Every tech we have met has been kind, courteous and considerate. They all have been very knowledgeable about our issues with ants. They come in, they cover their shoes with protective covering and they get right to work. They are NOT lazy about doing their job either. I had to call them back after our initial seasonal spray and they got someone out here within days. They keep you updated on when they will arrive. The lady I spoke with to set up for the visit was so kind on the phone, and helpful with not making us wait for a tech. She appointed someone here within 3 days of my call. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with D-Bug. I had a large number of wasps get inside the siding of a building and make a nest. I made one call, sent one photo of the problem and very quickly it was handled flawlessly. A+ professional job completed super fast.

These guys are the best. Had a problem back in December. Got all the bait stations setup outside and they also threw stuff up in the attic. Each follow up they were very informative with what was going on. We will definitely continue to use D Bug.
