This company is wonderful! One of our dogs has been sick and we’re still waiting for test results to come back with one of the possible diagnoses being a fungal infection. I was worried that our home was possibly somehow contributing even though we don’t really see much of an issue. We had Absolute Restoration out for mold/mildew/fungus testing for a few suspicious spots and for peace of mind while we wait to see our dogs test results. Tammy was so friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and helping me understand the process. Absolutely Restoration was excellent to work with. It was such a relief having a reliable small business that was open, honest, and clear about what they were doing throughout the entire process.
Dan was a wonderful guide through the mitigation process and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Heather and Tammy were fantastic to communicate with, and Jason did great, timely restoration work.
Overall, the team was professional, responsive, and trustworthy from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Absolute Restoration to anyone needing mitigation or restoration services.
Had a roof leak into our master bathroom ceiling due to accumulating (and now melting) snow on our flat roof. It seemed pretty contained to that area but we were not comfortable removing the wet drywall ourselves and didn't have any additional equipment to help mitigate the water damage. After calling 2 other companies who were booking over a week out (!) we were able to connect to Absolute Restoration. Dan arrived within a few hours of the call, and his guys were working by that afternoon.
