I should have left this review about a year ago, but it slipped my mind. #1 Plumber is an absolutely fantastic business. Scott is so pleasant and straight forward. You need a job done? He tells you what he’s going to do, how much it’ll cost, and he does it quick and efficiently.
Speaking of money, we tried another place for a water heater, and their quote was ridiculous, but we asked Scott and it was extremely fair priced, and the work he did absolutely deserved it.

I have been using 1 Plumber for years! Dave is reliable and knows what he's doing and taught Scott how to run a success business and do great work! Scott is the owner now and cares a ton about what he does. He's a straight shooter and will give you a referral if he's either too swamped or if it's out of his wheel house or a septic only job. They've done water tanks, toilets, re-located plumbing, installed vanities, etc. I always start with Scott before calling anywhere else.

Scott gave us an affordable upfront price that he stuck to, timely service, and he left the place clean. He told us what he could do in addition to what would be cheaper to have someone else do. He's got a ton of great advice for first-time homeowners, plus he has a great work ethic and professional demeanor. We know who we're calling from now on. Very highly recommend.
