We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service, routine and emergency. This year marked the second winter emergency HVAC issue over the last few years. Every person we interacted with from start to finish on the Premier team was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us serviced as soon as possible. We lost heat two days before the biggest winter snow storm and our house was unbearably cold. We called after hours and decided to wait until the next morning to get on the schedule. Furnace stopped working last night. Called Premier this morning and by 2:30pm my furnace is working again. Thank you so much for your fast response and outstanding service. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dwight was amazing. He was very thorough in explaining everything that he was doing with us and explained everything that we got in the packages and was just all around Great. We’re gonna ask for him every time that it’s time for our six month check ups because we purchased the package?
